The Big Dog House puts wild multipliers on three symbol sizes

Pragmatic Play’s The Big Dog House adds normal, expanded and colossal wild symbols with multipliers. Here is how their size and value differ.

The Big Dog House continues Pragmatic Play’s doghouse series with wild symbols that can appear in several sizes. The developer lists ordinary wilds, taller expanded wilds and a colossal wild covering a three-by-three area.

Size and multiplier answer different questions

The size of a wild determines the positions it covers. The value attached to it is a separate part of the outcome: the developer lists 2x or 3x wild multipliers, which can combine when they contribute to a qualifying win. Seeing a large wild is not enough to tell you the payout without knowing the rest of the line.

Look at each bonus modifier on its own

The release also uses modifiers in its bonus round. Ghost Out removes ghost wilds from bonus play, while Biggie expands wilds to fill the reel. These are distinct changes to the game state. The in-game help is the place to check when each modifier applies.
